The US military said on Friday evening that it carried out a new strike “in self-defense” against two anti-ship missiles mounted on two trucks in areas controlled by the Houthis in Yemen. This comes as the Houthi group continues to carry out operations in the Red Sea against Israeli, American and British ships, in solidarity with the Gaza Strip.
Earlier, two explosions occurred near a ship sailing 50 nautical miles southeast of the city of Aden, according to the British Maritime Trade Operations Authority.
