Marie Lundgren commutes 80 km daily to work in Luleå from Flarken, which is 10 km outside Boden.
She drives a petrol car and sometimes four-wheel drive diesel when the roads are slippery.
"It's a disaster"
And the rising fuel prices mean that she has started thinking about changing jobs.
- It's a disaster.
I have thought about cycling to the nearest bus in the summer, which is a mile away, says Marie Lundgren.
The family has also considered selling their summer cottage so that she can afford to commute.
