In total, there are seven women who have been subjected to rape, sexual abuse and abusive photography.
Most of the assaults were documented on film or in secret by the perpetrators.
- Several of the women have not been aware that they have been raped, it has come as a shock to them when they have been contacted by the police, chamber prosecutor Kristina Wedelsbäck has previously told Helsingborgs Dagblad.
96 abuse of the same woman
Between 2017 and 2021, one of the women was raped and secretly filmed a total of 96 times by one of the brothers.
Evidence includes mobile phones, hard drives, computers, memory cards and a camcorder.
In one case, the men have exposed the same woman on different occasions and in another case, they have carried out the acts together.
This must have occurred when the women were in a vulnerable situation due to sleep.
One man is also charged with aggravated child sexual abuse for forcing a four-year-old boy to touch his erect genitals.
The men were arrested in October last year and have since been in custody.
One brother acknowledges the events but denies any wrongdoing.
The other brother also denies any wrongdoing.
