At the top of a hill in the Bel Air area of Los Angeles, USA, stands a house that appears to have been taken from a Bond movie.

But no villain lives here, the fact is that no one has ever lived here.

Real estate investor Nile Niami had big plans around 2010.

He had come across a gigantic plot and was thinking of building what would be the most ultimate luxury house ever created.

But ten years later, the debt mountain was several hundred million dollars and when no one wanted to buy the house with a price tag of half a billion dollars, Niami's company was bankrupt and he left the country.

The property with garage space for 50 cars, 42 bathrooms, 21 bedrooms, its own nightclub and wine cellar for 10,000 wine bottles, was seized by the authorities in Los Angeles and will now be sold at an executive auction.

There, a starting price of 295 million dollars has been set, which would also make it the most expensive home in the United States ever.
