The player on the "trumpet", which is similar to the flute, is called in the world of music as "Al-Saddah". The Dubai Police chose to perform this role the first policeman, Hassan Adam Rajab Abdul Rahman, as the "Sadhah" who plays in the official flag-raising ceremonies at the "Expo".

Hassan Abdul Rahman said that he joined the Dubai Police Academy in 2017, and graduated as a first policeman, noting that he possessed the talent of playing and took several specialized courses, and after graduating worked in the Academy's Music Department.

He explained that with the launch of the "Expo Dubai" activities, he became ready and able to use the "trumpet", and able to stand in front of the crowds with confidence and skill, so the Dubai Police Academy chose him to be on the side of the candidates in carrying out the flag-raising ceremony in front of participants from around the world.
