In eastern Ukraine, the rebel government has issued a general mobilization order.

As wars escalate, the movement of American troops in Poland, which borders the border, is intensifying.

Reporter Im Sang-beom met in person at the site.

Reporter Im Sang-beom, where are you now?

<Reporter>

What you can see behind me is Zesław Yazionka Airport, which is the closest to the southeastern border of Poland.

A few days ago, it was confirmed that a US transport plane had unloaded a lot of US troops and equipment here.

When the reporters looked around, on one side of the airport runway, military vehicles and weapons covered by camouflage were piled up.

Also, even during the daytime, I could see military trucks coming and going from time to time.

In recent days in Poland, nearly 5,000 troops, including the elite 82nd Airborne Division, have been increased.

[(Is it military equipment to be moved to the front line?) I'm sorry.

I can't say anything because I don't have permission.]

At night, military equipment was seen moving to the border area.

By the way, did the rebels in the eastern region start preparing for war in earnest?

<Reporter>

A general mobilization order was issued to the military, and an evacuation order was issued to the civilians.

While the rebel government mobilized buses to evacuate residents as a group, long lines continue to form at gas stations and border checkpoints in the city, with vehicles from residents evacuating.

[Raisa Prilico / Director of the Donetsk Orphanage: The children do not know that they are being evacuated.

I know where you are going.

There's no need to worry about it.]

Russian President Putin is also showing a tough attitude?

<Reporter>

Yes, Russian President Putin's remarks are getting higher and higher.

Even if Russia makes concessions, the West, including the United States, will impose economic sanctions on Russia anyway.

Putin has vowed to protect pro-Russian people from escaping from the Donbass region.

He took it a step further, even professing that he would lead Strategic Deterrence Training, a nuclear weapons exercise scheduled for today.
