During the night until Wednesday, ventilation pipes will fall from the roof inside the football arena.

The hall must have been closed and no one should have been injured.

Why the pipes fell down is still unclear.

- I do not know 100 the reason, but we suspect what may have happened and now ensure that it will never happen again.

What you can see is that the deposit has dropped from the roof, says Tony Fransson, site manager at Fastec who has built the arena.

- Our installer can simply investigate this and see what it may have been due to.

Will there be an extra inspection of the other ventilation pipes in the hall now?

- Yes, the first priority now is to fix those who have fallen down, then of course we will also look at those with similar fortresses.

Everything will be double-checked again, says Tony Fransson.

Everyone who has bookings in the hall will be contacted.

Tony Fransson believes and hopes the arena can be opened as usual on Thursday.
