The Qingming Festival Ceremony for Emperor Xuanyuan was held in Shaanxi. The ceremony included nine rituals: everyone stood in silence, beat drums and bells, sang "Ode to the Yellow Emperor", presented flower baskets, read memorial texts, bowed three times to the Xuanyuan Yellow Emperor statue, paid tribute with music and dance, the dragon flew over China, and paid homage to the Hall and Mausoleum.

Since the 1980s, the public memorial ceremony has become an important emotional link connecting Chinese people at home and abroad.
