It was found that Internet access to major North Korean institutional sites was not smooth this morning as it was yesterday (26th).

As of 7 a.m. today, access failures occurred on sites such as the Rodong Sinmun, the official newspaper of the North Korean Workers' Party, the Korean Central News Agency, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Some sites were connected for a while, but after a while, the window does not open due to disconnection or a long waiting time.

Regarding this phenomenon, there is speculation that a cyber attack aimed at North Korea has caused great damage to major sites in North Korea, and that the damage has not been properly repaired yet.
