According to her, the issue is currently being discussed that this rule should be included in one of the bills that are already under consideration by the State Duma.

Earlier, the Ministry of Finance of Russia reported that additional costs for the indexation of citizens' pensions in 2022 will amount to 172.7 billion rubles.

On January 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to index pensions in Russia above the inflation rate.
