Deputy Director for Research of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor, Chairman of the National Scientific Society of Infectious Diseases Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Gorelov spoke about the dangerous symptom of the manifestation of coronavirus in children.
“Recently, scientists have described the so-called 'covid fingers' - a complication after covid, reminiscent of frostbite,” Gorelov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to him, COVID-19 in children can manifest itself in different ways: in disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, liver, cardiovascular system, respiratory system.
