According to reports, White House officials stated that Biden “plans to have a phone call with Ukrainian President Zelensky on Sunday to reiterate U.S. support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, discuss Russia’s military build-up on the Ukrainian border, and evaluate upcoming diplomatic contacts.
