A 38-year-old man is charged with attempted robbery of gross negligence in traffic, illegal driving, gross illegal driving, contagion from the scene of an accident and gross misappropriation of means of subsistence.
The latter man has previous convictions for minor drug offenses, illegal driving, use of means of subsistence, receiving and weapons offenses.
