137 people killed in Moscow terrorist attack; 4 arrested and charged as perpetrators. Russia's Federal Investigative Committee has so far determined that 137 people were killed in the terrorist attack in which multiple gunmen opened fire at a concert hall in Krasnogorsk, a suburb of the Russian capital Moscow.

Of the 11 people arrested as suspects on the 24th, authorities charged four of the suspected perpetrators with crimes related to terrorism. A Moscow court announced on social media that two of the men had pleaded guilty, and one was a Tajik citizen.
