The terrorist attack that occurred at a concert hall on the outskirts of Russia's capital, Moscow, has left 137 people dead so far, and Russian authorities have charged four people who were detained as perpetrators with terrorism.

Russia's Federal Investigative Committee has so far determined that 137 people were killed in the terrorist attack in which multiple gunmen opened fire at a concert hall in Krasnogorsk, a suburb of the Russian capital Moscow, on the 22nd. The Ministry of Health announced that 182 people were taken to hospitals and are receiving treatment.

Of the 11 people arrested as suspects on the 24th, authorities charged four of the suspected perpetrators with crimes related to terrorism.

A Moscow court announced on social media that two of the men had pleaded guilty, and one was a Tajik citizen.

Regarding this terrorist attack, the ``Amaq News Agency'', which is connected to the extremist group Islamic State, reported that the attack was carried out by IS fighters, and footage of the men firing automatic rifles was shown.
