"From 4 to 15 January 2022, all passengers arriving in the Republic of Cyprus must undergo a laboratory PCR examination within 48 hours before departure," the TASS minister was quoted as saying.

He recalled that upon arrival in Cyprus, all passengers undergo another coronavirus test, regardless of whether they have been vaccinated.

In this case, the costs of paying for the procedure are borne by the passengers themselves.

In August, the Ministry of Health of the republic reported that about 70% of the adult population of Cyprus had completed the full course of vaccinations against coronavirus.
