“Two strategic missile carriers Tu-95MS long-range aviation performed a planned flight in airspace over the neutral waters of the Sea of Okhotsk and the Sea of Japan,” TASS reports.
It is specified that the planes were escorted by Su-35S fighters of the Air Force and Air Defense Association of the Eastern Military District.
Earlier, the Russian National Defense Control Center said that the Russian Su-30 fighter was escorted by the Poseidon P-8A reconnaissance aircraft of the US Navy over the Black Sea.
