Tu-22 and MiG-31 with "Dagger" flew over the Baltic and Caspian seas. They were accompanied by Su-30SM and Su-35S aircraft.

In February, two Tu-22M3s completed a flight over the neutral waters of the Barents and Norwegian Seas. The event involved long-range bombers Tu- 22M3 and Mig-31s with the Kinhal complex. The flight was part of a training exercise for Russian aircrews.
