With the help of such a device, Russians will be able to send emergency messages from anywhere in Russia.
In 2020, the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle launched the Gonets-M satellite communications spacecraft unit and the ERA-1 service platform into the calculated orbits.
All three communication satellites "Gonets-M" are taken under control.
