Salem is the best school municipality in Stockholm County, according to the Swedish Teachers' Association's annual ranking of Sweden's 290 municipalities. But in both Nykvarn and Södertälje municipalities, investments are being lost. - It's true that we are sinking. We use the survey as a source in our quality work, says Johan Abrahamsson, acting. director of education at Södertälje municipality.
What makes Salem municipality place high in this year's ranking is that they have high teacher salaries and good results in year nine.
