06 November 2021 Juventus defeated Fiorentina 1-0 in the match of the 12th day of the championship played in the late afternoon today at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.

Massimiliano Allegri was forced to replace some pieces of his chessboard in the hours before the game, having to replace Szczesny with Perin due to a rib problem for the Polish goalkeeper and then choosing Rugani in place of Chiellini who in the warm-up felt a slight fatigue at the right adductor.

No problem, however, for the viola coach Vincenzo Italiano.

Definitely disappointing first half, little meat on the fire on both ends of the field and a more delicious occasion on the feet of Saponara who served from the right by Odriozola sent high from a few steps. A few seconds after the break, however, it was the Var who did not find Danilo's voluntary hand touch on a purple corner.

Start of recovery with another "patch" put by Allegri to his defense: inside Pellegrini instead of Alex Sandro who accused a physical problem. First great chance for the hosts after five minutes of the resumption of hostilities: Morata went away to Milenkovic with a sombrero and a left-footed shot that hit the outside of the net. Milenkovic himself was then sent off in the 28th minute for a double yellow card while two minutes earlier he had reached the locker room in advance of Niccolini, second of the Italian, for protests.

At 31 ', however, a great opportunity on the feet of the former Chiesa: the Juventus number 22 asked and obtained the triangle with Locatelli before kicking a powerful right on the crossbar behind the Terraciano goalkeeper.

Chiesa still close to scoring four minutes from the end with a right-footed shot on a cross from Caudrado rejected with closed fists by the far-flung Viola.

On the other hand, Cuadrado did not make a mistake, who in full recovery, in the 46th minute, looked for the bottom, left Biraghi in place with a series of feints and slipped the ball between the post and the goalkeeper giving the victory to his team.
