"Citizens over the age of 60 who have not completed a full course of immunization against coronavirus infection (COVID-19) are required to comply with the self-isolation regime at their place of residence," the statement said.

As specified, the self-isolation regime must also be observed by non-working citizens "who have chronic diseases and states of immunosuppression."

Earlier, the authorities of the Kurgan region decided to lower the age threshold from which it is necessary to comply with mandatory self-isolation due to the situation with the coronavirus infection COVID-19, from 65 to 60 years.
