Recently, a former Pennsylvania senator funded the erection of about 15 billboards with a picture of President Biden holding a rocket launcher and wearing Taliban costumes, with the words "Make the Taliban great again" next to it.
The former member of the billboard was named Scott Wagner. He said that "President Biden hastily decided to withdraw troops, making us the laughing stock of the world."
Wagner said these billboards will be placed for two months.
