China News Service, Beijing, August 26 (Jiang Li) Recently, the American media disclosed an incredible thing: in a report released by the United States in early August, the budget for the security service project and the central air-conditioning system project of the Wuhan Institute of Virology The amount has reached 1.28 million US dollars (about 8.3 million yuan) and 606 million US dollars (about 3.92 billion yuan)!

The data in this report from the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress is 10 times or even 1000 times higher than the amount in the public Chinese document!

!

As major American newspapers with a century-old history, the Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post were the instigators of this weird "Oolong" incident. Is it just that the media reports did not verify the authenticity of the data?

Or maybe the American media haven't studied Chinese well?

This makes one cannot help but wonder what the intentions of the US report and the wanton hype of the US media are.

Of course, in trying to discredit China, the U.S. is not alone in this one.

Just as the United States took great pains to make the Wuhan Institute of Virology a target of suspicion.

The intelligence department will also submit the virus traceability "investigation report" completed within 90 days ordered by Biden as scheduled.

This kind of anti-scientific "intelligence traceability" approach is also unique in human history.

First of all, virus tracing is a serious scientific problem, and it often takes several years or even more than ten years to find out. This is the consensus of the scientific community.

The investigation report spawned by an administrative order has violated the objective laws of science first, and is destined to be useless for the global traceability of the new crown virus.

Of course, with its strong voice in the international public opinion field, the United States ignores facts and forcibly exports, and the international community has become accustomed to its actions.

Secondly, apart from the fact that the investigation itself runs counter to science, the U.S. intelligence agency that led the investigation is entangled in history and lacks credibility.

For many years, the US intelligence service has been the invisible black hand behind American hegemony.

The war in Iraq initiated by the United States is indispensable for the crimes of intelligence agencies.

It launched the "Robin Project" in the 1940s, bridging journalists and agencies around the world to collect intelligence.

To allow such an institution that is good at lying and deceiving to dominate the source of the virus is also a contempt for science.

In addition, there have been multiple evidences that the new coronavirus did not appear in Wuhan first.

According to a US Department of Agriculture investigation, in 2019, one case of white-tailed deer blood samples in the United States carried antibodies to the new coronavirus.

Since the intelligence agency wants to investigate the source of the virus, why not investigate how the white-tailed deer contracted the new crown?

The United States has the highest number of deaths from the new crown in the world. Why don't the intelligence agencies investigate?

The United States insists on insisting on the "laboratory leak theory." Why don't the intelligence agencies investigate Fort Detrick, which has a history of virus leaks, and the University of North Carolina, which studies coronavirus?

We don’t know what kind of traceability report the United States will give by relying solely on the intelligence services behind closed doors for three months. However, fabricating facts and creating unjust cases have always been a good game of the US intelligence services.

Ignorant error or smear, the US knows it

By John Lee

(ECNS) - Due to the poor translation of a report released by the US House Committee on Foreign Affairs in August 2021, the budgets of the Security Service Procurement Project and the Central Air Conditioning Renovation Project of the Wuhan Institute of Virology were exaggerated to roughly 1.28 million and 606 million US dollars respectively, about 10 and 1,000 times the actual numbers. Unexpectedly, the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post quoted these data without verification in order to frame the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Of course, this is not the first time that the US has tried to frame China. For instance, the US has done whatever it takes to make the Wuhan Institute of Virology doubtable. The Intelligence Community (IC) of the US will submit the so -called COVID-19 origin tracing report as required by President Joe Biden in May 2021. Such an anti-scientific way of virus origin-tracing is very rare in human history.

Origin tracing is a serious scientific issue which may take several or a dozen years, which is a consensus of the scientific community. The IC's investigation report forced by an executive order has violated scientific laws, which is by no means useful for COVID-19 origin tracing. However, the international community is accustomed to the US practices of ignoring facts and indoctrinating others, relying on its international power.

Meanwhile, the IC has lost public trust for its notorious record. It was a complicit in the war against Iraq. Its Operation Mockingbird in the 1940s recruited journalists to manipulate news media for propaganda purposes, etc. The investigation into the origin tracing conducted by such an organization has no doubt stained science.

What's more, evidence shows that Wuhan was not the first place invaded by the novel coronavirus. According to the US Department of the Agriculture, coronavirus anti-bodies had been detected in white-tailed deer in the US in 2019. So why doesn't the IC probe into the wild deer infected with Covid-19? Why doesn't the IC inquire into the highest death toll of COVID-19 cases in the US? Why doesn't the IC look into Fort Detrick with virus-leak records and the University of North Carolina studying coronavirus if the country really concurs with the “lab-leak” theory?

It's not clear what kind of origin tracing report the US will release, but we do know that the Intelligence Community is good at fabricating and smearing.
