A photo of a couple's lost baby is causing mourning as Kabul airport is bustling with people trying to leave Afghanistan.



Local media Asbaka News posted on Twitter on the 17th local time that a couple was looking for a lost baby at Kabul International Airport the day before.



The baby is estimated to be around 7 months old.



On the 18th, Asbaka News answered, "I haven't found the baby yet" to a netizen's question about whether they found the baby.



On the 16th, when the couple lost their baby, the Kabul Hamid Karzai International Airport caused extreme chaos, with people trying to escape from Afghanistan rushed to the runway and the airport was temporarily shut down.



Hamid Karzai International Airport is the last U.S.-controlled Afghanistan, and continues to draw in people trying to escape the Taliban.
