- We are ready for it if needed.

But we do everything to try to manage to have the teaching in the schools, says Kurt Hjalmarsson who is the principal of the upper secondary school Borgarskolan in Gävle.

Students should be able to keep their distance

At Borgarskolan, hand alcohol is available in all classrooms and entrances.

The benches are separated so that students keep their distance and some of the teaching will be held outdoors.

There are also several different times when the school lunch is served.

At Polhemsskolan in Gävle, another dining room has also been opened.

It is also possible for the students to bring the lunch tray in and eat in the classroom itself.

- We will not hold any large collections.

Together, we must keep the spread of infection under control in schools.

We had distance learning for several months this spring.

Getting back to school now is important.

At the same time, we encourage our students to be at home at the slightest symptom of being ill, says Kurt Hjalmarsson.
