This is reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

"At 14:08 Moscow time, a message was received that a private two-seater plane, which took off at 10:00 Moscow time from the village of Tolka, disappeared from the radar in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug," the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

It is noted that the An-26 aircraft with rescuers on board took off to search for the aircraft. 

When approaching the place of loss of the aircraft, a missing board was found, near it a man gave signals with his hand.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, both crew members are alive.

The aircraft monitored the situation with forest fires.

On July 6, the An-26 passenger aircraft flying from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to Palana stopped communicating in Kamchatka. The plane crash killed 28 people.
