A United Airlines Boeing 737 Max 8 overran the runway while landing in Houston. Footage after the incident showed the plane leaning on the grass.
United did not say why the plane veered off the runway, and the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the accident. This is the third United Airlines accident involving a Boeing aircraft in the past week. The aircraft with 249 people on board made an emergency landing in Los Angeles on the 4th. On the 7th, a Boeing 777-200 suffered a tire fall while taking off from San Francisco, USA.
