It was in September last year that a hairdresser was shot in the leg by a masked perpetrator, according to the prosecutor, the target was a gang member, who at the time of the crime was cut by the hairdresser, the customer survived without any physical injuries.

In the district court, a 17-year-old man was sentenced to closed juvenile care for three years and eight months, for attempted murder against the gang criminal man and for extremely serious assault by the hairdresser.

The Court of Appeal acquits

In the Court of Appeal, the 17-year-old is acquitted of attempted murder and according to the Court of Appeal judgment, there is no evidence linking him to the crime or the crime scene, there is thus no DNA trace and the weapon used at the time of the crime.

An 18-year-old man was acquitted in the district court of aiding and abetting an attempted murder, the Court of Appeal also made the same assessment.
