Since last winter, the county administrative board has been following the wolf pair that formed the territory on Linderödsåsen in Skåne - which makes the site Sweden's southernmost wolf territory.

So far no puppies have been seen, but should they come, they can affect the future of the predator in the neighboring counties - including Blekinge.

- If the couple in Skåne get puppies, they will in turn try to establish a territory.

Then we can get more territories in southern Sweden, provided that there are good conditions here, says Andreas Abrahamsson, game manager at the county administrative board in Blekinge.
