Changsheng Street is a main street in Qiliping Town, Hong'an County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province. It was built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.

It used to be the political, economic, military, and cultural center of the Hubei, Henan, Anhui and Jiangsu base areas. There are 18 important revolutionary sites including the Red Fourth Front Army headquarters.

The street is about 7 meters wide. The houses maintain the original appearance of blue bricks and black tiles, wooden lattice windows, and wooden door leaves. Each house has a "horsehead wall" decorated in the shape of dragons, snakes, birds and beasts, and the floor is paved with granite strips. .

Changsheng Street, on both sides of the street just over 400 meters away, is lined with Soviet government, banks, hospitals, courts, canteens, etc. It is known as the "Red First Street" in the Dabie Mountains.
