According to the Associated Press and Sky News on the 17th (local time), a retired ranch manager and veterinarian, Dexter Kruger, became the oldest man in Australian history at 111 years and 124 days.



The oldest male record was Jack Rocket, a World War I veteran who died in 2002 at the age of 111 and 123 days.



In an interview with ABC Australia, Mr. Kruger recommended a chicken brain as a secret to his health.



He said, "You know a chicken has a head and a brain in it, it's very small, but it's delicious. It's only a bite."



The habit of eating chicken brains seems to have something to do with his life working with livestock.



When he was a child, he owned his own farm in his 20s, and then ran a ranch without retiring until he was 95.



Married in her early 30s and gave birth to a son, and she lived in a married life for over 50 years until her wife died in the 1990s.



His son Gregg, 74 this year, regarded his father's longevity as a result of his simple life in remote Australia.



His longevity is also believed to be a genetic cause.



His cousins ​​lived to the age of 100, and his aunt died at the age of 103.



He continued to enjoy sports until the age of 105, and he had a good memory, so he started writing books at the age of 86 and published more than 12 books.



On her 109th birthday, she published a book called'As You Like It' and is currently writing an autobiography.



"His memory is astonishing for a 111-year-old," said Kruger's current Queensland nursing home manager. "He is probably one of the smartest residents here."
