Fernando Villén, the former director of Faffe, not only paid the bill with the official credit card, but also used the
official car
on his visits to the brothels he frequented and on which he spent 32,566 euros from public funds between 2004 and 2010, as evidenced by the investigation of the Court of Instruction 6 of Seville and for which the also former leader of the Andalusian PSOE will be tried by a popular court.
It was confirmed this Friday by his
driver
at the Andalusian Training and Employment Fund Foundation, a public entity dependent on the Junta de Andalucía that was theoretically born to train the Andalusian unemployed and was liquidated in 2011 with a huge hole dotted with nepotism scandals, plug-ins and irregularities of all kinds.
Juan Carlos Carrillo, who was assigned as Villén's driver at Faffe, has admitted to the Andalusian Parliament committee that he is investigating the nonsense of the entity that "several times" took his boss to the hostess clubs in the official car, although without specifying which of those he visited in three different provinces, Seville, Córdoba and Cádiz. With one exception, because the former driver of the director of Faffe did remember transferring Villén to the Don Angelo club, which was on Avenida Manuel Siurot in Seville and of which he was a
regular customer
. To the extent that there was spent 25,277 euros in total of the almost 33,000 euros that was left in this type of establishment using the entity's 'black' cards.
In a single visit to Don Angelo, Villén spent 14,737 euros, an exorbitant bill that he later tried to cancel to erase the trail by paying in cash.
Precisely, Carrillo told the parliamentarians today that it was he himself, by order of his boss, who took the
envelope with the money
"to the vicinity of Benito Villamarín [the old name of the Betis stadium, very close to Don Angelo" and that he gave it in an envelope to a person who was waiting for him.
Next, the manager of the hostess club annulled the fifteen charges that Villén had made on the night of March 22-23, 2010.
