Leipzig (dpa / sn) - On Tuesday, the storm "Eugen" pulls over Saxony.

As the German Weather Service (DWD) announced, clouds begin to gather in the morning and bring rain, especially in the western part of the Free State.

There are gusts of wind and storms throughout the day.

In the Ore Mountains and in the northern Vogtland there are occasional gusts of up to 100 kilometers per hour.

Heavy gusts of wind occur time and again, especially on the Fichtelberg.

In the evening the wind eases a bit.

The rain also subsides and the night stays dry with lows of seven to four degrees.

Strong gusts continue to blow in the mountains at temperatures of up to one degree.

Wednesday remains rainy and stormy at a maximum of 13 degrees.

During the day, sleet showers and individual thunderstorms are to be expected again and again.
