Weinsheim / Prüm (dpa / lrs) - In a forest near Weinsheim in the Eifel, an aerial bomb weighing five hundred pounds from the Second World War was discovered.
It was found by a hunter, as the community of Prüm announced on Thursday.
The bomb is now to be defused next Sunday (May 2nd) around 2 p.m.
Houses do not have to be evacuated for this, but according to the information a federal road is closed.
A small piece of the bomb sticks out of the ground.
