RIA Novosti informs about this with reference to the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.
"The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg has chosen a measure of restraint in the form of imprisonment for Aleksandra Zemchenkova ... The term of the measure is April 27," the message says.
According to the agency, a criminal case on the murder was opened in March 2010 after the disappearance of Zemchenkov's wife.
