Three men were arrested for beating a man to death in the center of Lugansk. Despite the fact that the men quickly left the crime scene, their identities and location were established by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A 31-year-old man was charged. His two alleged accomplices were also charged, and all defendants were arrested. On April 2, Tatyana Zhikhareva, a teacher at a correctional school in the Vasileostrovsky district of St. Petersburg, was sentenced to ten days of arrest.
