Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) - The Frankfurter Volksbank wants to broker real estate loans from the competition on a new platform in the future.
As of June 1, 2021, the 100 percent subsidiary is to start business operations, as Germany's second largest Volksbank announced on Tuesday.
The primary goal is the brokerage of private real estate loans, and solutions for commercial real estate financing are also to be offered in the future.
According to the information, more than 450 financing partners are available and advice is provided online and by telephone.
With the new offer, the cooperative institute is reacting to the fact that comparison portals are popular with many consumers as the first point of contact.
Usually, the operators of such platforms earn money by brokering business with competitors.
