Landshut (dpa / lby) - An injured person in the hospital, damage estimated at more than 150,000 euros - this is the balance sheet of a fire that destroyed a house in Landshut on Sunday evening.
A man came to a clinic with smoke poisoning and the six other residents were uninjured, said a police spokesman.
The police were initially unable to provide any information about the cause of the fire.
According to the police, it is a detached house that was used as workers' accommodation.
Due to the fire damage, it was in danger of collapsing.
According to initial estimates by the police, the damage amounts to around 150,000 to 200,000 euros.
