Armed with Kalashnikovs, the perpetrators stormed the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. According to a preliminary tally, more than 130 people were killed.

At least 90 people die and 145 are said to be injured. Moscow has now reported the first arrests of several suspects, including all four terrorists. All theaters and museums in Moscow will remain closed at the weekend. The Russian government still wants to include Ukraine among the suspects. The Ukrainian presidential adviser said in a video message that they had nothing to do with the terrorist attack, the war would only be decided on the battlefield.
