Kassel (dpa / lhe) - An 84-year-old man who had been missing since Wednesday was found dead on Sunday.
He had disappeared from a retirement home in Baunatal-Guntershausen (Kassel district), as the police announced on Sunday evening.
The police had also searched for him with a helicopter and dogs.
On Sunday, young people found him on an embankment of the Brauna River.
An emergency doctor could only determine the death of the man.
According to the police, there were no indications of third-party negligence.
