Video .. Former Tunisian Prime Minister Habib Essid becomes ill during a direct dialogue

Former Tunisian Prime Minister Habib Essid was ill during a direct interview on France 24 on Friday evening, according to what his circles said on Saturday, noting that he is in the resuscitation department of a Tunis hospital.

Al-Seid, 71, led a coalition government between 2015 and 2016 and is not currently assuming any political duties.

On Friday evening, he was invited to participate in the Paris-Tunisia program, which is a partnership between France 24 and the Tunisian public network Al-Wataniya.

Al-Sayd was answering journalists' questions directly from the Bardo Palace in Tunis when he suffered speech problems and lost control of one of his hands.

The interview was quickly cut short and the catch was transferred to the Military Hospital in the Tunisian capital, where he is still in the resuscitation department
