As recently as five days ago, we reported that Trosa and Eskilstuna agreed with Katrineholm's and Strängnäs' position to allow restaurateurs to be open longer than 20:30, despite the fact that the alcohol ban applies after 20:00.
But according to new restrictions presented today, all restaurants and cafes will close at 20:30.
The measure is proposed to enter into force on Monday.
On the other hand, eateries will be able to continue to deliver food for collection.
- It is not so shocking that there is a clarification about this considering that it has been incredibly scattered, says Jimmy Jansson (S) who is the chairman of the municipal board in Eskilstuna.
