Berlin / Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - In Hesse, 1090 new corona infections were reported within one day.
According to data from the Berlin Robert Koch Institute (RKI) on Friday, the number of cases registered since the beginning of the pandemic rose to 169,960. A total of 4,733 deaths were linked to the virus, 57 more than the previous day (as of midnight ).
The incidence as an important indicator of new infections in seven days per 100,000 population was 94.4 nationwide.
In the Fulda district, the highest value in Hesse is still registered at 185.5.
