Berlin / Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - 929 new corona infections have been reported in Hesse within 24 hours.
According to data from the Berlin Robert Koch Institute (RKI) on Sunday, the number of cases registered since the beginning of the pandemic is 165,873. A total of 4,388 deaths were linked to the virus, 26 more than the previous day (as of 00:00 Clock).
The incidence as an important indicator of new infections in seven days per 100,000 population was 112.8 nationwide.
According to the RKI information, the Fulda district still had the highest value in the regions with 270.2.
For comparison: Last Sunday the number of registered new corona infections within one day was 1288 and the nationwide 7-day incidence was 129.8.
