Practices that were commissioned through her husband, Filippo Pignato, by the other suspects, receiving in exchange an illegal remuneration in money or various kinds of goods.

The woman is accused of 13 episodes of corruption for an act contrary to the duties of the office, in conjunction with her husband and, from time to time, with the intermediaries, recipients of the precautionary measure, or with others who had moved to deal with the own practice or that of family members.

A total of 40 cases illegally managed by La Placa have been reconstructed, but "it became evident", explain the investigators, that the number is much larger.
