Berlin (dpa / bb) - A pedestrian was hit by a turning truck in Neukölln and was seriously injured.
The 40-year-old wanted to cross Sonnenallee at a pedestrian traffic light on Monday afternoon, the police said.
According to the initial investigation, she was overlooked and hit by the 63-year-old truck driver who wanted to turn left into Grenzallee with his vehicle.
The woman was admitted to hospital with hip and leg injuries.
The police are investigating the exact course of the accident.
