The Constitutional Democratic Party plans to submit a bill to the ordinary session of the Diet, which will be convened next week, to provide extra benefits, saying that there is concern that the life of low-income child-rearing households will be difficult due to the state of emergency. ..

While the state of emergency was declared in 1 metropolitan area and 3 prefectures including Tokyo, the governors of Osaka, Hyogo, and Kyoto requested the government to consider issuing the declaration on the 9th, and Aichi prefecture and others are also requesting. I am considering it.

The Constitutional Democratic Party is working on a bill to provide extra benefits by March, saying that there is concern that child-rearing households with low incomes will have a difficult life due to the deterioration of the employment environment.

Specifically, for child-rearing households that are exempt from residence tax, 50,000 yen will be paid if there is one child, and 30,000 yen will be added for each of the second and subsequent children if there are two or more children. It is supposed to be paid.

It is estimated that about 210 billion yen will be required for the payment, and it should be paid out from a part of the reserve fund of this year's budget.

As soon as the bill is finalized, the Constitutional Democratic Party will call on other opposition parties to submit the bill to the ordinary Diet session convened on the 18th of this month and call on the government to realize it.
