According to the document, the code will have to be located on the back of the title of the certificate.
"A white field in the form of a square measuring 20 x 20 mm, intended for applying machine-readable markings in it - a two-dimensional matrix bar code (QR code)," the order says.
In February, the ministry prepared a draft order proposing to put a special QR code on school certificates.
The department noted that the measure will strengthen the protection of certificates from counterfeiting.
