The police received an alarm about a fire in an apartment in a terraced house at 17.01.
The rescue service had extinguished the fire when the police arrived at the scene and were carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation of a lifeless woman who was later declared dead.
Her relatives are informed of the death.

No crime is suspected to be behind the death, but forensic scientists are on site to investigate the circumstances.
The fire probably started after a candle in a candlestick burned down.
